Vancouver, British Columbia …  With deep regret, the Board of Directors announces that Donald Morrison, a director and former President of the Company,  passed away peacefully on June 10^th, 2009, after a difficult battle with cancer.  Don was the key figure in forging the Company’s direction and growth over the last 14 years, steering it in good times and in bad, and always with the same persistence and steadfastness that never wavered. 

“Don’s passing is a tremendous loss for the Company,” said Don Mosher, President of Rodinia.  “The Board is committed to pursuing his vision for the Company and its shareholders, and will attempt to do so with the same fervour and commitment that Don displayed in his lifetime.”
