Rodinia Acquires Additional Claims around Workman Creek Uranium Deposit

Vancouver, British Columbia…. Rodinia Minerals Inc. (“Rodinia” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with Hawk Uranium Inc. of Toronto, Ontario, to acquire a 100% interest in and to 69 claims (the “Claims”) in Gila County, Arizona. In consideration of 125,000 common shares (the “Shares”) to be issued by Rodinia, Hawk Uranium will transfer an undivided 100% right, title and interest in and to the Claims, which are contiguous to the Company’s Workman Creek Project.

The Agreement with Hawk Uranium is subject to regulatory approvals.

Rodinia is a junior resource company that intends to respond to opportunities in uranium exploration and development in the United States.
